Russell (Acoustic Engineer)

A trip to the Arctic Circle wasn’t something Russell had on his plans if 2015 adventures. Certainly not in a 26 year old Land Rover retro fitted with sheep skin and insulation in order to keep the journey goers warm in -20 conditions.

Nevertheless, when Mick proposed the idea the opportunity just couldn’t be missed. Particularly with the chance to film the trip too. Four blokes, some cameras, and weather conditions that only polar bears thrive in. What could possibly go wrong?

With filming on the cards, the crew needs a sound engineer. Cue Russell. A qualified audio engineer with with nearly seven years experience in the industry. Equipped with all the audio gear for the trip, Russell is joining the team as the sound recordist, hoping to capture all the antics of the journey; Moose, Steve’s comments and the inability to speak another language!
